Yin/Deep Stretch Yoga w/ Audrey

Join Audrey for a morning Yin/Deep Stretch yoga class. Audrey teaches an intuitively guided Yin & Deep Stretch class that is meditative and deeply nourishing to the body, mind, and spirit. Yin Yoga is amazing for soothing the nervous system and bringing us into a deep state of relaxed presence. Students can expect to leave class feeling they got exactly what they needed. Audrey incorporates breathwork, meditation, mantra, and other tools from the yoga system and other energy and movement healing modalities.
