✨ Cursos Progresivos ✨
El objetivo del curso progresivo es aprender en grupo y construir sobre lo aprendido en cada clase.
De esta forma, podrás progresar de manera rápida y sólida en Zouk Brasileño.
🔹 Nivel 1
Aprenderás los movimientos básicos del Zouk Brasileño:
Básico, Lateral, Viradinha, Lunge, Giro Simple, Yo-Yo, Bonus, Soltinho.
👉 Ideal si eres principante / improver o quieres reforzar tus fundamentos.

🔹 Nivel 2
📌 Requisito: conocer los fundamentos del Zouk Brasileño.
Trabajaremos ondulaciones, aislamientos y movimientos de cabeza para refinar tu baile y ganar fluidez.
💡 Los alumnos de Nivel 2 pueden asistir a ambos niveles por el mismo precio.

💬 Idioma de las clases:
• Nivel 2 → principalmente en inglés, para explicar la técnica con detalle
• Nivel 1 → en español e inglés, adaptándonos al grupo

✨ Progressive Courses ✨
The goal of the progressive course is to learn in a group and build upon what you learn in each class.
This way, you can progress quickly and steadily in Brazilian Zouk.

🔹Level 1
You will learn the basic Brazilian Zouk movements: Basic, Lateral, Viradinha, Lunge, Simple Turn, Elastic, Yo-Yo, Bonus (right/left), Soltinho.
👉 Ideal if you are a beginner / improver or want to strengthen your fundamentals.

🔹Level 2
📌 Requirement: knowledge of the fundamentals of Brazilian Zouk.
We will work on undulations, isolations, and head movements to refine your dancing and gain fluidity.
💡 Level 2 students can attend both levels for the same price.

💬 Class languages:
• Level 2 → mainly in English, to explain technique clearly
• Level 1 → in Spanish & English, adapted to the group
