How it works:
Bring clothes you'd like to swap and a large towel to the studio. I'll create a chat before the event starts with a size poll so you know what to expect. I'm expecting sizes XS, S, and M. There will be a clothes swap from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and at 7:30 PM, I'll start with a Pilates class on the mat for all levels.
There are plenty of Pilates mats in the studio, so you don't need to bring your own. The large towel is for the clothes swap. 馃憵馃憴馃憲
Please remove your shoes at the studio entrance.
