ABOUT THIS SESSION
This ceremony fuels your intentionality and clarity for what you want to bring your attention to in this Winter season. We celebrate the highlights of this year, look at open endings, and define what to focus on in the Winter season, with a special invitation to rest and recharge.
In an accessible and easy-going ceremonial setting, you are invited to dive inward to align yourself and your mindset to what is important to you at this moment, and to what you desire for yourself.
In addition, the ceremony provides you with a deep relaxation and can be experienced as a cocoon for profound recharge. After your journey with ceremonial cacao, meditation, and yin yoga, you leave the door self-empowered, rested, excited, with peace and clarity of mind, and practical ideas for integration.
This Winter Prep Ceremony is designed to align with the energy of the Winter season and will support clarity on your own unique priorities for this new season, so you can slide into Winter with clarity, intentionality and a well-primed mindset.
Ceremonial cacao is a rich and safe superfood, full of nutrients, antioxidants, as well as compounds that give us feelings of openness and freedom. It enhances focus, boosts our mood, and deepens connection with ourselves, and the things and people that matter to us.
My cacao ceremonies are an invitation to disconnect from the external world and to connect with what is alive within yourself. The ceremonies are designed to playfully journey through your inner world and heartspace to explore and to (re)connect what truly matters to you. In an accesible, playful, and explorative way.
HOW?
In the Cacao & Yin ceremony we combine the alchemy of ceremonial cacao, the power of visualization, and the opening relaxation of yin yoga to dive deep into our inner landscape. During the event, I will use music, various instruments, and my voice to make the experience a truly unique one.
WHY?
I believe that taking time and space for ourselves, for relaxation and for introspection, is of vital importance in the flow of our current lives. We live in a time in which the external impulses and inputs are so intense and continuous, that we have gotten very used to focus on what’s happening around us rather than what’s happening inside of us. Time for self-prioritization is of vital importance.
With the Cacao & Yin ceremonies I offer an easy, comfortable no-nonsense space for people to take a break and to gift to themselves the present of experiencing deep calm, clarity and connectedness. We explore what happens when we prioritize ourselves, and gain insights that we can take into our day-to-day life and into our relationships with others.
WHO (NOT)?
The ceremonies are very accessible and open to anyone, experience with cacao, meditation or yoga is not needed at all. I encourage curiosity, playfulness and self-exploration and prioritisation.
Ceremonial cacao is a safe superfood. Yet, I ask your attention, as in exceptional cases it is better not to have it at all, or to have a lower dose.
