River to Lake Kayak then Refuel

Join us on a Kayak adventure along beautiful Rocky River, passing sandstone cliffs and sailboats on our way to Lake Erie, where we can turn left to see beautiful lake houses, land at a small beach, then head back, at which time we will be Hungry and ready to refuel at Cilantro, Immigrant Son Brewery, or another local place.

Prepare to rent a single or double Kayak with another participant. Bring a swimsuit, top/shirt, water shoes, Sunscreen, towel, and a change of clothes.

Join us after for food and drink. We will choose by consensus. There are very many good places nearby.

During the event, there will be multiple opportunities to have casual conversations with other participants about ADHD, what troubles you are facing, what you have tried, and most of all Share your successes!
