Welcome everyone! My name is Joe Arlt and I am pleased to be your new Organizer. Assistant Organizer Jamie Cook and I are both active, licensed Agents and Investors and have 30+ years and 1500+ real estate deals between us, and we're looking forward to sharing our knowledge and experience at our monthly Meetups. Admission is FREE!

(Eventually) We will be meeting every 1st Thursday evening in the McLean area. We network from 6:30 until 7 pm, then we have presentations and deal pitching until about 9, and then more networking after that. We cover all aspects of real estate investing.
