Deep is a multidisciplinary yoga and Bollywood freestyle dance teacher, recently arrived in Alicante.

Originally from Northern India, she brings with her the joy, rhythm, and depth of her culture.

She is passionate about sharing her roots and guiding others in exploring yoga, conscious movement, and the vibrant essence of Indian culture in an authentic, approachable, and energy-filled way.

Through her classes, Deep invites you to connect with your body, your breath, and the rhythm of life — celebrating movement as a form of expression, balance, and joy.
