Join Almas Libres, Spain’s largest women-led urban sports community, for our weekly basketball sessions.
Basketball demands speed, strength, precision, and creativity. Each session focuses on improving ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and overall fitness, giving you the skills and confidence to own the court. We’ll also work on agility, balance, flexibility, and game sense to help you take your play to the next level.
Our sessions are in collaboration with Street Basketball Sants and hosted by our all-female, federated coaching team.

Coffee Catch Up x La Roseta

As a community of both local and international people, many of us are slowly returning to the city after the holiday season. With our community buzzing and eager to connect beyond our weekly sports classes, this feels like the perfect moment to come together.
Join us at our favourite morning spot, La Roseta, to grab a coffee and a bite to eat, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy a relaxed stroll along the beach.
The Plan
- Meet at 09:30 at La Roseta (Carrer de Meer, 37, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona).
- We’ll hang around for 45 minutes, grab our coffees, connect, and then head out for a walk.
Nothing big, nothing fancy, just a simple space to connect with like-minded women.
