🚀 Let’s get the week started on the right track! MONDAY NOMAD RUN with ambitious people will put you in the best mindset to get sh*t done!

​NOTE: No level required — we just want to have a good time, boost endorphins, and kickstart a productive week.

PROGRAM:

• ​7.30pm: Meeting at TBA
• ​7.45pm: Simple networking game/icebreaker + WARMUP
• ​8pm: Start of the run
• ​Somewhere in the middle, we'll have a little break! Sometimes we run 5K non-stop!
• ​Approx. 8.30pm: Return to TBA for water refill, cool down and stretching!
• ​8.30pm: Optional drink & dinner
