For one night, La Mila transforms into a little Italian kitchen 💫
Join our fresh pasta workshop led by the amazing Italian chef and pasta master @mrsugar.cooks : all the way from Bologna to the heart of La Mila !

During the workshop, we’ll make several types of stuffed pasta, among the most famous, and you’ll learn step by step:
🍳 how to make the dough (with all the secrets about the perfect eggs and flour)
🧀 how to create the perfect filling
🍅 and finally, we’ll cook our pasta together while explaining how to prepare the sauce to go with it.

All of this comes with a glass of wine or beer, good music, and even better company 💙
