In this day-long workshop we will dive into Nonviolant Communication (NVC). NVC is also known as the language of the heart. You will discover:
✨ How to be radically honest without judgement or blame
✨ How to listen with empathy beyond anger and frustrations
✨ How to enjoy deeper connections with people around you
You will learn to apply the fundaments of NVC, observations, feelings, needs and requests in an interactive way, using real examples from your own life.
The program:
11.00 start and opening exercise
In the morning program we will cover:
- The meaning of NVC
- Exercise the language of the heart
- Elements of honesty
13.00 lunch break
14.30 afternoon program:
- welcome back and questions
- Exercise empathy and listening
- Dialogue practice

About me:
I'm originally from the Netherlands where I’ve been offering NVC training since 2015.
I completed my certification in 2018. Of all the tools and methods I’ve encountered in my journey as a human, social worker, and coach NVC has stood out to me for its clarity, depth, and its unique combination of simplicity and power. I moved to Barcelona in 2024 so I'm excited to continue offering courses and retreats here.
