When I first started dancing, I remember feeling a lot of anxiety.
Would I dance good enough for my partner? Would they judge me? Would I get the combos of class ?

And the very thing that was supposed to bring me SO much joy, became a game of performance.

I had to find my way back INTO MYSELF - into my center and core and remember WHY I dance. I dance for me, for my joy, for self-expression.

Cuando empecé a bailar, recuerdo que sentía mucha ansiedad.
