Beach Burpees & Brunch is a simple concept:
We meet on the beach.
We train hard (and smart).
We eat together after.
That’s it.
No egos.
No mirrors.
No fancy equipment.
Just sand, sea air, and a group of people who want to get stronger — physically and mentally.
What We’ll Do
Bodyweight workout on the sand (yes, burpees might be involved )
Short strength & conditioning circuits
Guided breathwork to reset your nervous system
A quick mental focus drill you can use in real life
Optional cold water dip (for those who want the extra edge)
Everything is scalable.
Beginner? You’ll be fine.
Already fit? You’ll sweat.
