Welcome to Better Way to Live, a space for people who really really want to change and have done the work on themselves, but still don’t feel that much happier, if they’re honest about it.

This project was born from a truth I understood a long time ago: real change cannot come from analysing more, but from living and practising life in a completely different way.
This (surprisingly!) doesn't start with having a better mindset, but by learning how to relax the heart.

For thousands of years, across philosophies like Taoism, Sufism, Buddhism and Kabbalah, as well as traditional medicines like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart has been seen as the true centre of consciousness: the only place where we can truly understand and grow.

Modern science is beginning to confirm what those traditions always knew: the heart doesn’t just respond to emotion, it shapes it.
Here, we explore what happens when you stop trying to think your way to happiness and begin to feel it.
