Daily offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, dance, chanting, massage & meditation by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises hand and hand together in the cold sea water. Or just dive in and feel invigorated! After that there’s generally a coffee and the BEST croissant in BCN not far away in the park ! We are a family!
