Sobre nosotros
Broward Women’s Choral Group consists of about 35 energetic women who love to sing and entertain. We learn, rehearse and perform songs for December holiday concerts and a spring show. We perform at assisted living facilities, special events, community centers and many other locations. Our choral director, Birgit Fioravante, is a professional opera singer and voice teacher.
The experience and backgrounds of members vary. Some have not sung since high school glee club; others have been regulars in church choirs and other choral groups. We sing together and support one another; many of us joined the chorus because we loved to sing, and pretty soon we had a group of new best friends.
Rehearsals are at 10 a.m. Wednesdays from September to May at Sunshine Cathedral, 1480 SW 9th Ave, Fort Lauderdale.

Sunshine Cathedral MCC, 1480 SW 9th Ave Suite 7, Fort Lauderdale, FL, USThe Broward Women's Chorus will celebrate memorable music from multiple eras with our gala spring concert, Imagine. Under the direction of Sylvia Aycock, the chorus will perform works by artists as diverse as Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan, Abba, John Lennon and Rodgers and Hammerstein. You don't want to miss this musical fun!
Parking is free.
