This group is focused on connecting the Calgary area Red Hat software users, enthusiasts, and people with an interest in Red Hat's open source approach to technology. The core missions for this group are to discuss and share ideas, best practices and resources based on the Red Hat technology ecosystem and to connect Red Hat users in the Calgary area. You don't have to be a current Red Hat customer to join. If you have an interest in things like open source software, Linux, JBoss, and cloud computing, you are going to meet similar minded individuals in this group. Every level of experience is welcome, all we ask is that you come with an open mind and are excited to share your knowledge. Meeting agendas will include a list of discussion topics so you can come prepared with questions and input.

## OVERVIEW
It’s time for an out of this world adventure and we’re going to take you there. Your space station has lost nearly all function but your laptop and Red Hat® OpenShift® have survived.
You must use your Red Hat OpenShift skills and learn some new ones as you solve challenges to save yourself and the space station from disaster.
In this Red Hat OpenShift Space Adventure:
- Complete in a gamified hands-on adventure to save the space station.
- You’ll have 3 hours to survive this interactive adventure using Red Hat OpenShift.
- Learn new ways to use Red Hat OpenShift while having a chance to win prizes.
Who should compete?
Developers, Operators or Architects with some OpenShift experienceMinimum skill sets:
- Some experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Basic understanding of containers
- Basic programming skills (Java, Python)
- Basic understanding of Git (push code to a repository)
What to bring:
- Laptop with internet connection
- Power cord
- Willingness to try something new and drive to win!
