This Summer, take some time to pause, reflect, and gain a new perspective on your life. With nine days away from usual routines, many have found this retreat life-changing. Join in to experience communal living, get into meditation and learn about the Buddhist vision.

  • Learn or deepen two meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana
  • Get an introduction to the Buddhist vision
  • Experience Buddhist ritual
  • Enjoy periods of silence, as well as free time for walks, exercise, or rest
  • Be part of a retreat community

Co-lead by Maitreyaraja and Aryavandana. All the teaching will be in English.
