Join us at Hotel Sea You for a gourmet New Year’s Eve dinner curated by Raúl Aleixandre — awarded Best Chef in Spain (2004) and recipient of a Michelin Star for his renowned restaurant “Ca Sento”.
The celebration begins at 8:30 PM with a welcome drink at the Sky Bar, followed by a five-course Mediterranean dinner with drinks included throughout the evening.

• Salt-cured anchovy toast with black olive, eggplant, and roasted pepper purée

• Porcini mushroom soup with Gorgonzola, Mascarpone, and black truffle ravioli
• Panko-crusted cod with Pil Pil sauce
• Boneless Viver lamb shoulder with potato and thyme parmentier
