BOO! Ven a disfrutar esta ruta NOCTURNA en la víspera de HALLOWEEN! Opcional: Disfraz que no estorbe mientras pedaleando :)

RUTA: Hablamos de usos y costumbres de la Casa de Campo, leyendas, astrología, fauna y flora de la Casa de Campo, en español e ingles.

DIFICULTAD: media
Físicamente no es duro; lo más importante es que tenga buena técnica de conducción (absorber baches, o cambios rápidos de rumbo para evitar agujeros o posibles grietas).

DURACIÓN: aprox. 2 h
Paramos para hacer unos descansos para hidratarse, hablar, sacar fotos,...

RECOMENDAMOS:
•Ropa térmica, guantes y zapatillas deportivas. Tener en cuenta que el camino puede tener polvo o barro, y que las temperaturas bajan por la noche.
•1,5 L de agua por persona.
•Barrita energética, fruta, etc.
•Mochila pequeña para llevar tus cosas

SI VAS A TRAER TU PROPIO BICI
•Que la bicicleta esté en buen estado para montar, con las ruedas hinchadas
•Todo el mundo tiene que llevar casco. Si no tienes uno, avísanos y podemos traer uno.

SI VAS A ALQUILAR BICI
•Mándanos tu altura (en cm) para que llevemos una bici del tamaño adecuado.

•Organización y atención antes y durante el paseo
•Limpieza e inspección mecánica de bicis. Transporte de bicis al punto de encuentro (para los que van a alquilar bicicleta)

BOO! Join us for our NIGHTTIME bike ride on HALLOWEEN Eve! Costume optional - just make sure it's bike-friendly :).

ROUTE: We'll talk about Casa de Campo's legends, history, and nature, look at the stars, etc. in both English and Spanish.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: medium
This route isn't physically demanding, but you should be able to maneuver the bike comfortably in order to avoid potholes or handle rough patches.

APPROX RIDING TIME: 2 h
We will stop for breaks to hydrate, talk, take pics, etc.

WHAT TO BRING:
•Warm, comfortable clothes, sport shoes, gloves (Keep in mind that the temperatures drop at night and that the trails can be dusty)
•1.5 L water
•Snacks (energy bar, fruit, etc.)
•A small backpack to keep your belongings while riding

IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN BIKE:
•Be sure your bike is in good mechanical condition, that the tires have air in them, etc.
•All riders must wear a helmet. If you don't have one, let us know so that we can bring an extra one.

IF YOU ARE RENTING A BIKE:
Please send us your height so that we can choose a proper bike for you.
