This is our regular Sunday night session - a 5k around the Meadows followed by a drink in a local pub.

It’s a relaxed, social run where you are invited to run at your own pace and we will aim to have a back marker at each run.

Meet us at Meadows Compass which is located at the junction of Middle Meadow walk and Jawbone walk at 6:30pm for a group photo of us looking at our non-sweaty best - check back here or follow us on Instagram (@edinbar_runners) to see it. We will aim for a 6:35pm start!

This is our regular Tuesday night session. We'll do a 5k loop which takes us around Leith Links and the Restalrig Railway Path, after which we'll head to Malone's on Constitution Street, just along from the starting point. Bag drop is permitted here if you have things you'd like to leave during the run.

This is a relaxed, social run where you are invited to run at your own pace and we aim to have a back marker at each run. For everyone’s safety, particularly during the darker months, we try to choose a route which is well lit, easy to follow and as car free as possible. However, some small sections can still be dark so please dress for visibility if you can, and head torches are a definite bonus.
