I have decided to set up this group to give adult amateur pianists, of ALL abilities and ages, the chance to gain valuable performance experience in front of a friendly and supportive crowd of fellow pianists. The meetups will take place in the beautiful Edinburgh Society of Musicians who have two fabulous Steinway grand pianos and a stunning view over Dean village.

Come and enjoy a relaxed and inspiring afternoon of piano music in the beautiful surroundings of Dean Village.
Whether youâre a total beginner, returning to the piano after a break, preparing for an exam, or simply want to listen and meet others who love piano music, youâre very welcome.
Any style or genre of music is encouraged - classical, jazz, pop, original compositions - itâs all about sharing and enjoying music together.

Weâll have refreshments and snacks during the interval - a great chance to chat and connect with other pianists.

Each performer has a maximum of 5 minutes total. That includes any brief introduction or chat. Please keep within your time so that everyone gets a fair chance to play. If thereâs time left at the end, youâre very welcome to play again.

The entry fee is ÂŁ10.00 per person, whether performing or listening.
