📚 English-Speaking Book Club – Vilanova

📘 Our 3rd meeting of the VNG Book Club will be on Tuesday 30th June at 7pm at IZZI cafe-bar, VIlanova i la Geltru. We have chosen two books, one very short and one longer - you can read either or both. The chosen books are: Indignity: A Life Reimagined by Lea Ypi and Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan.
Please come with a book suggestion for the group!
By the end of our meetup we will have voted on our next book title(s) of choice.
The idea is to meet once a month to discuss our chosen title(s) and generally socialise.

This book club is for anyone who likes reading and would like to add a social element to their hobby, discover books outside their usual choices, and read roughly one book per month.

Our plan is to meet once a month at IZZI Café-Bar in Vilanova i la Geltrú to discuss our chosen book and select a title for the following month.

Everyone is welcome and we hope our group will include people from many different countries. You can read the book in English or in your native language, but the discussion will be in English.

It’s free to attend. Come on your own or bring a friend. You’re welcome to join at any time, even if you haven’t read the current book, and don’t worry if you haven’t finished it before the meeting (as long as you don’t mind spoilers!).
