About Creative Art & Workshop
let"s integrate and expand our creativity !
At this work shop we will start using imagery, storytelling, moving freely between drawing to writing to collage ! Also we will work collectively assembled, and each collaborator will add to a composition in sequence etc ..So creativity will start flowing form us as playing. The main thing is the journey, have fun and share a nice time together, while the colours and words start meeting with each other, empowering the artistic experience!
I will not teach you art tecnics, the main purpose of this work shop is you express your self in a friendly social space! and awaken your spontaneous creativity, and socialise:) The creative process as well as the created art piece serves as a foundation for self-exploration,
ABOUT ART THERAPY
Art therapy helps to promote lasting health for the integration of physical, mental, emotional and social functioning. Using the arts in this way we develop the capacity to give shape and form to thoughts, emotions and life experience.
About Expressive Dance Therapy
- Expressive Dance improve the harmony between mind and body, giving us a sense of well-being.
And studies show that among the wonderful affects of Dance therapy is that you feel more empower as a person as creativity helps build the self-awareness and self-esteem necessary to tackle various social situations and life challenges,
-Dance therapy fosters self-expression and can help develop communication skills and the ability to reach out to others.
-Dance therapy has been shown to improve mood by raising endorphin levels, allowing to heal stress and symptoms of depression
-Used Dance Therapy as a way to help people of all ages tap into their inner thoughts, feelings and experiences through creative expression to encourage them to look to themselves for meaning and insight.

What we' ll do
You don't need to be an artist to join my creative art workshop! I'll be waiting for you outside the MACBA (The Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art).
From there, we'll take a walk to CCCB (The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona), which has a café and co-working space. Once we get there, we'll ask for coffee/tea and get ready to embark on our creative journey! The art-making process will serve as a bridge for social and creative communication, and the theme will be centered around traveling and the things that make us vibrate.
We'll start by using imagery, storytelling, and moving freely between drawing and writing to collage. We'll also work collaboratively, with each collaborator adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow as we play.
The main objective is self-expression, awakening creativity, having fun, and sharing a nice time together while colors and words come together to empower the artistic experience. I will guide you in the right direction to create something that you may have never thought of on your own, and you can take your own pace with art and bring it back home.
The aim of this art workshop is to enhance your own creativity and self-expression. I will provide all the art materials, and the cost is 25 euros for a maximum of four people for a one-hour-long session. An individual session costs 40 euros.

About Me
I'm an artist and an expressive art therapist, a yoga, dance and pilates, I'm originally from latin America, and I've lived in New York, London and now Barcelona for a while. I get my inspiration from traveling, and sharing the art making process with people to allow them to expand their creative potencial ! As an artist and teacher I've travel around the word and I always carry with me color pencils and a bloc to socialised in a creative ways ! I Believe that each one of us is inherently creative and infused with the gift of imagination, to shape their experience into creative expression!

El proceso de hacer arte es un puente social creativo de comunicación, y el tema sera el viaje y cosas que nos hacen vibrar !
Empezaremos usando imágenes contar historias, moviéndonos libremente entre dibujo y escritura al collage! Tan bien trabajaremos componiendo colectivamente y la creatividad comenzara a fluir dentro tuyo como jugando!
lo mas importante en que te expreses, despiertes tu creatividad y pasarlo bien juntos, mientras los colores y palabras se juntan una con las otras, empoderando tu experiencia artistica! Al final tendras una pieza artística que podrás llevarte a casa!
*Yo dare los materiales, con un cafe o te incluido.
- El taller cuenta 25 euros grupal, 35 euros la sección individual,

Soy originalmente de Latino America y he vivido en Nueva York, Londres y ahora hace ya un tiempo en Barcelona! Encuentro inspiración de los viajes y de compartir el proceso artistico con otros para ayudarlos a expandir su potencial creativo. Creo que cada uno de nosotros es inherentemente creativo y pose el regalo de la imaginación, para transformar su experiencia en una expresión creativa.
