About the workshop:
Friendship shapes us just as deeply as romantic love, yet we rarely pause to examine the stories we carry about it. This workshop is an introspective, writing–based workshop designed to help participants reflect on their friendship patterns, release old narratives, and consciously reimagine how they show up in connection.

Through short teaching moments and guided writing prompts, we’ll explore:
🌀 where our beliefs about friendship were formed
🌀 how past experiences shape the way we give, receive, and repair
🌀 what it means to take ownership, set boundaries, and practice honest connection
🌀 how to define a more aligned, nourishing vision of friendship moving forward

This workshop blends reflective learning with journaling and letter-style prompts that invite clarity, compassion, and self-awareness. Participants will leave with new insight into their relational patterns, a deeper sense of emotional literacy, and a personal “friendship upgrade” they can carry into real-life relationships.
No writing experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to reflect.

Your hosts:
This workshop is part of a series led by Anna Drabik and Philippe Hennin, co-authors of A Love Plan and co-founders of Masters in Relationship, a learning initiative dedicated to creating healthier, more connected relationships.
They combine proven relationship tools, personal reflection, and heart-centered practices to help you build confident, thriving relationships with yourself and others.
