Beginner Flamenco & Sevillanas 💃 Weekly Thursday Class

Hi everyone! 💃

Come and join us for our weekly Flamenco & Sevillanas class in Málaga.

Whether you’re completely new to flamenco or have danced a little before, you’re very welcome. We learn step by step, at a comfortable pace, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

During the classes we work on the basics of flamenco technique, posture, arms, coordination, rhythm and simple footwork, as well as Sevillanas, one of Andalusia’s most joyful and social dances.

No previous dance experience is needed. The idea is to learn, enjoy dancing, meet new people and experience a little bit of Andalusian culture together 😊

I’m Maya, your teacher. I’ve been dancing for over 20 years and I’m currently finishing my degree in Flamenco Dance Choreography at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Málaga. I love creating relaxed classes where everyone can learn at their own pace and enjoy dancing without pressure.
