Sant Roc hike 🚶♀️🚶♂️🌿
Join us on this scenic hike from Sant Martí de Llémena, with beautiful views over Girona and the surrounding countryside. We will start from the Estudis car park in Sant Martí de Llémena and climb up to the Sant Roc cliffs. The route continues to Santa Lena before going back to Sant Martí de Llémena.

Free group yoga session in Girona 🧘
La Marfà, Carrer de Baix, 2, 17006 Girona, Girona, ESJoin us for a friendly and informal yoga meetup in Girona! We meet once a week to practise yoga in a relaxed setting. Everyone is welcome.
📅 Saturdays
⏰ 10:15 AM – 12 PM
📍 La Marfà (Carrer de Baix, 2, 17006 Girona). Fitness studio on the top floor.- We'll do an hour session of intermediate Vinyasa (https://youtu.be/QiebZSlTw_U), followed by a nice long shavasana and personal meditation
- There is no teacher. This is a shared DIY practice. No one will be monitoring you or correcting you.
- You should have a knowledge of basic yoga poses and technique.
- The class is intermediate level with the most intense poses being shoulder stand and some side prayer twists.
- You can modify your practice however you like.
- Mats are available in the studio. Feel free to bring whatever props you need or want, like blocks, blankets, or straps. No props are required for this session.
