RUTA CIRCULAR PANTANO DE GUADALEST BENIMANTELL Y CASTELL (10.44KMS)

Buenas noches, pretendemos hacer esta ruta circular de apenas 10 kms de longitud sin dificultad apenas alrededor del pantano de Guadalest y con maravillosas vistas de Castell de Guadalest uno de los pueblos mas bonitos de la provincia de Alicante o tal vez el mas bonito desde luego-
Castell de Guadalest es seguramente el pueblo mas hermoso y coqueto de la provincia de Alicante ,esta ubicado en un peñasco a 600 metros sobre el nivel del mar y encajado entre las sierras de Xorta y Xerella y la inolvidable Aitana al sur..,,este pueblecito tiene lugares notables entre los que destacamos el castillo de San Jose algo destruido por la guerra de Sucesion y del que quedan trozos de la muralla y de la torre del Homenaje ..tambien es de destacar la casa de Orduña y la iglesia de la Asuncion de la virgen. que data del siglo XVIII. Nos encantaria dar un paseo por las preciosas calles del pueblo y admirar sus graciosas casas pintadas de blanco y con la panoramica del pantano y las montañas de fondo todo ello una vez hayamos concluido la ruta circular que hemos mencionado antes...quedaremos a las 8 de la mañana de este domingo 18 en la cafeteria de Mad Pilots (calle decano numero 2 San Vicente)para una vez alli distribuirnos en coches particulares y partir al inicio de la ruta ..Recomendamos ropa comoda y que abrigue bastones y gorros asi como calzado adecuado y bebida y refrescos ,tambien comida para el trayecto aunque probablemente reservemos en alguno de los bares del pueblo para comer alli...hasta el domingo!

we intend to take this circular hike about 10 km in long, without difficulty, just around the Guadalest reservoir and with wonderful views of Castell de Guadalest, one of the possibly most beautiful villages in the province of Alicante,. Castell de Guadalest is located on a rock 600 meters above sea level and wedged between the mountains of Xorta and Xerella and the unforgettable Aitana to the south..,,this little town has remarkable places among which we highlight the castle of San José somewhat destroyed by the War of Succession and of which there are pieces of the wall and the keep; the house of Orduña and the church of the Assumption of the Virgin are also noteworthy, dating from the 18th century.
We would love to take a walk through the beautiful streets of the village and admire its graceful white houses with the panoramic view of the reservoir and the mountains in the background to take a rest afeter the hike. We will meet at 8 in the morning next Sunday 18 at the Mad Pilots cafeteria (Decano street number 2 San Vicente) and we will distribute ourselves in private cars and leave towards the beginning of the route..
