Hike at Marsh Creek State Park, 7-9 miles

Join us for a partial exploratory hike of 7-9 miles. We are hiking the trails on the west side of the lake and will be hiking in PA State Game Lands .

This is a belated birthday hike for Jan whose birthday was in February but given the cold, ice and snow we had, this hike was delayed.

Arrival and Start Times: Please meet us at the scheduled time for quick meet and greet introductions, hike overview and then prompt departure 2 minutes after the posted meetup time.

This hike is not for beginners due to distance, pace and the trail terrain.

I do not allow any guests or plus 1's on my hikes. Everyone must be a member of H3O and sign up on their own. Membership is free and easy.

Hike Level: Intermediate+ due to distance, terrain and brisk pace.
Distance: Somewhere between 7 to 9 miles.
Total Time: Approximately 3 to 4 Hours. We can stop for a brief snack break if needed
Terrain: Not too rocky. These are multiuse trails for humans, horses and bicycles.

Remember to hydrate before the hike and please bring plenty of water or other hydration and any snacks.

Well behaved dogs kept on a leash at all times are welcome. Please comment if you are bringing your dog.
