This is a group for women interested in hiking and exploring the many trails around Poway, North Inland San Diego County and other areas of San Diego. All skills levels are welcome! We started this group to meet other outdoor enthusiasts who want to stay fit, healthy and develop new friendships. Looking forward to many fun hikes & activities plus networking and sharing education around health & wellness with everybody.”
