- Description of hike
- This is a really nice circular hike through the forest and vineyards of Vilafranca, arriving at 4 beautiful lakes. At the beginning the path through the forest is uphill, sometimes becoming narrower then opening onto a wider path. We then pass a lovely old church arriving at Pacs del Penedès. The route continues on through the vineyards with amazing views, the most impressive of Montserrat. We pass through a few quaint villages before arriving at the' Pelags de Vilobi'. We'll then follow the route around the 4 lakes, with breathtaking views of them all down below, especially the last lake, Pelag Gran. There are various viewing points to take photos. We'll then enter back into the forest to descend down to the last lake Pelag Gran, where again there's a viewing point for photos. After we'll walk back through the vineyards, passing a beautiful Ermita, Mare de deu del Roser attached to the grand Masia, Can Leon. We'll shortly after rejoin the path to take us back to the starting point in Vilafranca.
Esta es una caminata circular realmente agradable a través del bosque y los viñedos de Vilafranca, llegando a 4 hermosos lagos. Al principio, el camino a través del bosque es cuesta arriba, a veces se vuelve más estrecho y luego se abre a un camino más ancho. Luego pasamos una hermosa iglesia antigua que llega a Pacs del Penedès. La ruta continúa a través de los viñedos con vistas increíbles, las más impresionantes de Montserrat. Luego volveremos a entrar en el bosque para descender hasta el último lago Pelag Gran, donde nuevamente hay un mirador para fotos. Después caminaremos de regreso a través de los viñedos, pasando por una hermosa Ermita, Mare de deu del Roser, adjunta a la gran Masia, Can Leon. Poco después nos reincorporaremos al camino para regresar al punto de partida en Vilafranca.
