What Are You Carrying Into Spring? A Reflective Equinox Walk
Detalles
## There's something about the Spring Equinox — the exact moment when light and dark hold equal ground — that makes it hard to ignore the things you've been quietly carrying.
Maybe it's a decision you keep circling. A loss you're still learning to hold. A goal that feels closer than it did but still somehow out of reach. Or just a low hum of something needs to change that you haven't quite named yet.
This walk is for that.
Join me for a slow, 3km guided walk starting at the gardens near Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, where the environment itself becomes your thinking partner. Through movement, observation, photos, sound, and brief moments of reflection, we'll create space for something new to emerge - not by pushing for answers, but by letting the mind wander somewhere beautiful and seeing what shows up.
This isn't a workshop, a coaching session, or anything you need to prepare for. You don't need to be a journaler, a meditator, or someone who "does" reflection. You just need to be willing to walk slowly and pay attention.
You might be surprised by what appears when you stop chasing it.
