Code-switching - is the act of changing how you express yourself; your behavior, language, tone, or appearance; depending on who you're around, often to fit in, avoid judgment, or feel safe.

Workplaces aren’t always designed for neurodivergent minds; but that doesn’t mean you don’t belong. This workshop explores how to show up more fully in team dynamics, navigate social expectations, and stop contorting yourself to fit in.
