Last week was the beginning.
This is the continuation.

joyfully present is a growing movement centered around being fully in the moment, connected and joyful through shared movement.

We meet at 7:30. Instead of waiting for the weekend to feel alive, we begin the day in a state of presence and energy, and carry that forward into everything that follows.
This time, we refine the ritual.

Meeting point: Cais das Colunas (the historic landmark).
If the tide is low, we’ll gather on the beach just beside it.

We begin in a circle with a 5–10 minute grounding meditation and breathwork. The run starts in silence - just breath, footsteps, and sunrise.
After about 5 minutes, when you hear the first “Yewwww” echo through the group, that’s the release. The energy opens, and conversation may begin if you’re feeling it.

What to expect:
• 5–10 min grounding meditation
• Clear 5km river route (Cais das Colunas → Estacionamento Docas → Copenhagen Coffee Santos)
• Relaxed, social pace
• Optional coffee after at Copenhagen Coffee Santos

Just presence, movement, and real people showing up.
