## 🧘♀️ Yoga South Florida is a space where yoga, breath, movement, and inquiry come together to gently unwind overthinking and bring us back into embodied presence — with ourselves and with one another 🌿
We work from a simple understanding:
If the contents of your mind determine the quality of your life,
then learning to explore those contents — with awareness and care — matters. 🧠✨
Yoga supports this exploration by engaging the body, regulating the nervous system, and creating space for attention to soften. When paired with movement, breath, and sometimes light laughter, mental loops loosen naturally — without force 🌊.
This group is not about performance, flexibility, or striving.
It’s about presence, co-regulation, and honest self-connection 🤝.

### 🪷 A Living Framework: The Yamas & Niyamas
Each gathering gently weaves in one or more of the Yamas and Niyamas — not as rules, but as relational and attentional capacities we practice together. It is one lens of understanding.
The Yamas (how we relate outwardly):
- Ahimsa — non-harming 🕊️
- Satya — truthfulness 🪞
- Asteya — non-grasping ✋
- Brahmacharya — wise use of energy 🔥
- Aparigraha — non-clinging 🍃
The Niyamas (how we relate inwardly):
- Saucha — clarity and simplicity ✨
- Santosha — contentment 😊
- Tapas — steady engagement 💪
- Svadhyaya — self-study 🔍
- Ishvara Pranidhana — letting go of control 🌌
Rather than teaching these conceptually, we experience them directly — through yoga, breath, and noticing the contents of the mind as they arise in real time 🧘♂️.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga” or in a particular state to attend.
Curiosity is enough 🤍.
