Hi! I'm George. I love getting outside, whether it's paddleboarding, biking, or anything that gets you moving in the fresh air. That's why I started the Saint Petersburg Paddle Boarding Meetup Group, along with a few other active groups, to create a place where people can come together, meet new friends, and build a strong sense of community along the way.

This collaboration with Life in the 727 will be a relaxed paddle boarding trip , with a friendly & beginner focused vibe. We keep an easy pace, stay close to shore when needed, and take water and photo breaks.

Agenda:

5:30pm - Meet up and unload/inflate paddle boards
5:45 - Begin launching paddle boards
6:00 to 7:00pm - Paddle Boarding and fun
7:00 to 7:30pm - Come in, socialize, pack up paddleboards
7:30pm - Event end, but may go to other places nearby for coffee or refreshments with the group if available

How to Find Us & Parking:

We will meet in the parking lot before we launch from the Coffee Pot Park ramp. I drive a white SUV and will be inflating at my vehicle before heading to the ramp! If you need any assistance blowing up your paddle board, come find me. If not, we'll meet in the parking lot close to the ramp before we launch.

Plenty of parking available in the parking lot on site.

Sunday Morning Slow Flow at the Kenwood Market

This slow-flow vinyasa is designed to be beginner-friendly, with simple sequences, steady pacing, and space to move at your own rhythm. No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is open and accessible to first-timers and seasoned movers alike. No props required, just show up as you are.

Class begins promptly at 9:30 AM.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.

This ride is a collaboration with Life in the 727, bringing together an even bigger crew for a relaxed, social afternoon on the trail.

We’ll be cruising the Pinellas Trail at a beginner friendly, conversation pace, staying together, taking water and photo breaks, and just enjoying the ride. No pressure, no racing, just good movement and good people.

Afterwards we'll stop at CJ's Backstage for a drink or food to hangout and socialize post ride!

5:45 PM Roll out
6:30 PM Reach our turnaround point
7:15 PM Return to starting point
7:30 PM Pack up and head to CJ's Backstage

We’ll meet at the corner of the Tyrone Square Mall parking lot by Dillard’s, right where the Pinellas Trail and 22nd Ave intersect. Look for a group with bikes gathering before rollout.
There’s plenty of parking available in the mall lot.
