[Yoga4Unity](https://www.yoga4unity.com/), an initiative started by [Heartfulness Institute](http://heartfulness.org/), brings yoga teachers from all over the globe together to share their collective love for yoga; to highlight the health benefits of yoga; and to inspire others to adopt yoga practices into their daily routines.

In commemoration of the 10th International day of Yoga, Yoga4Unity hosts hundreds of events in different areas of the world to celebrate the community of yoga. The United Kingdom will also be hosting events throughout the country, including an in-person event at the Heartfulness Meditation Centre in Stratford, London on 23rd June, 2024.

**Join us for a morning of:**

* Heartfulness Yoga with our Certified Yoga Instructors
* Heartfulness Meditation, along with an education on how it goes hand-in-hand with Heartfulness Yoga
* Community building with Heartfulness meditators and trainers from across the UK
