1. We begin with a grounding Energy Healing and Protection Meditation — releasing what no longer serves and welcoming peace.
2. We then explore our class topic — through insight, dialogue, and shared discovery.
3. We close with a Universal Violet Flame Healing & Clearing, inviting harmony, restoration, and light into every part of your being.
