A slow, guided deep relaxation experience designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
Through deep relaxation, many people naturally experience a sense of energetic clarity and gentle re-alignment from crown to toes — returning grounded, refreshed, and lighter.
This is not a standard meditation — it’s a slow, immersive relaxation with focused presence and subtle energetic alignment.
Sometimes you’re not “tired”… you’re overloaded.
Too many signals.
Too much tension stored in the body.
Too much mental noise.
And even when you want to relax… your system keeps holding on.
This session is a gentle, guided reset.
A calm, safe, step-by-step journey into deep relaxation — where the body softens, the mind quiets, and your inner energy naturally re-orders itself.

Format (60 minutes)
• Arrival (3–5 min)
• Guided deep relaxation and gentle energetic opening (20 min)
• Energy alignment journey (crown → toes) (25 min)
• Silent integration and rest
• Closing & brief group reflection / general Q&A (10 min)
As you rest, I may gently move around the room and offer quiet, individual energetic support where it feels appropriate — always respectfully and without interruption — supporting a sense of clarity and coherence.

What to bring
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a small pillow or blanket, water — and the willingness to rest.
