Free Power Yoga - Strength, Freedom & a Good Sweat 😁
Welcome to a space where sweating turns into smiling and movement becomes a doorway to real strength and real freedom.
These outdoor Power Yoga sessions are designed to help participants:
- Awaken body awareness and the intelligence of natural movement.
- Build functional strength and healthy flexibility.
- Release tension and reconnect with a calmer, clearer mind.
- Feel grounded, energized, and more at home in their own bodies.
Structure of each session:
- Short introduction to settle into the moment.
- 40-minute Power Yoga practice: dynamic, conscious, and empowering.
- 5-minute relaxation to integrate the work and restore balance.
- Q&A space for sharing questions, sensations, and insights.
This practice is for people with an intermediate physical level — for example, being able to hold a 30–60 second plank without leaking existential despair. 🤪
No worries: options and adaptations will be offered so everyone can move safely and still feel like a superhero. 🥰 Donations welcome.
