Meeting time: 20,00 hrs, please be punctual, the sunset will not wait for late-comers
Duration: 2 hours, 3 kms, easy hike
Program: Walking up Monte Atabal, there introduction to Vipassana and Sunset meditation, and after sunset walk back.
What to bring: Something to sit on for meditation. Big bottle of water, comfortable shoes and plenty of clothes, snack, friends, pets, good mood.
