ROUTE INFORMATION 👇

⛰️ Linear route that starts from the town of Villanova (40 minutes by train from Barcelona 🚆) to Sitges along the coast 🌊

⭐ Ideal for a quiet plan, close to Barcelona, breathing sea air and meeting new people 🧑‍🤝‍🧑👋

🍺 At the beginning of the route we will do yoga at the beach with professional yoga teacher 🧘 Alexa @ Alexa.kalinayoga (EASY FOR BEGINNERS)

After the class we can have little breakfast ,and as always at the end of the route,we will grab some drinks to share our experience of the end of the day:)

MEETING POINT

👋 At this exact point in Sants Station at 10:00

We will be at the main hall ,above the clock,near the machines (picture will be sent by what’s up in the group) 📍

TRANSPORT

🚆We will all take the train together at Sants Station

➡️ One way - From Sants Station to Vilanova > 10:34- 11:14
⬅️Return - From Sitges to Sants Station > Timetables:

ROUTE

🟢 We will start at the Villanova train station.
⛰️ The route is 9,5 km, about 3 hours and it is an easy level, since it is practically flat.
🍱 We will eat along the way and end up in Sitges having a drink 🍺 Even though we can stop at hidden private chiringuito along the way 🤫

WHAT THIS HIKE IS ABOUT 🌄
Dear hikers,
Today we will travel by Renfe to Figaró. The place is totally worth to visit!
The hike has no technical difficulty, but it is steep and quite challenging.

Along the way, we will see a small gorge in the stream, as well as the Bauma del Sot del Bac (a cave). We will then reach the Sot del Bac, a beautiful natural viewpoint from which we can see the “Needles” and the canyon where the Torrent del Bosc Negre descends.

This hike is full of meadows, and we will discover the beautiful “Throne,” the Cliffs of Bertí, and, as we continue towards Montmany along the cliffs, we will enjoy stunning views.

We will pass the ruins of Can Rumbeia, reach the Escletxot of Can Volant, find the Stone Table, and then continue to the ruins of La Rovira. As you can see, many wonderful surprises await us along the way! 🙂

🗻 Hike that has everything you need!
Summer is near, which means it's time to start hiking closer and closer to the Pyrenees.

This time we are going to an amazing place! We will meet many castles on the way, climb to the very top, from where a view of all the Pyrenees opens! And at the end of our journey we will reach an incredibly beautiful waterfall, which few of Barcelona citizens have seen. On the way there will be many old houses, and cows, sheeps, horses. An amazing route to forget about the noisy city for a day and enjoy nature.

🌄🚴 Have you heard of the famous Vía Verde? Previously, it was a railway, but then the rails were removed and now you can ride a bicycle along the former railway.

🚴We will drive through old train stations, tunnels and huge walls covered with moss. But on the first day we will make a wonderful hike about 16 kilometers, previously leaving everything at the camping ,*

🪵🔥We will sit in a cozy company in the evening and spend the night in tents and the next day we will go on bicycles from Olot to Girona!

🔎 Short description of two days

We will take a regular bus to the at Les Preses where our hike begins.( our camping is 5 min walking from the bus station.) From there we will hike 16 kilometres. At the campsite, we will have a camping dinner and tents. The campsite has toilets, showers and all facilities. The next day we will have breakfast and get our bicycles.
The route to Girona will be 55 kilometers, but since we will be going down all the time, it will not be difficult. In Girona we return our bicycles and return to Barcelona by train.
