Meetup Bern is an inclusive group where organizers create events that all members are welcome to attend. Some groups may have a size limit and in certain instances, such as hiking groups, a specific fitness level may be required to make the event a safe and enjoyable event.

Since the weather is expected to be sunny this Saturday, we're planning a short loop hike followed by a barbecue lunch. After that, the plan is to jump into Lake Thun or enjoy the nearby swimming pool—whichever the group prefers.
Meeting time : 10:00 AM.

If you're planning to use public transportation, please refer to the attached photo for directions on how to reach there from Bern train station.
- Don't forget to bring sufficient water and a picnic for your hike :)
- Kindly note that each participant is responsible for bringing their own grilling supplies "desired food".
- Since the weather is getting sunnier, it's advisable to bring along sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen for your comfort and protection.

Les Granges brûlées (English title: The Burned Barns) is is a 1973 French drama film directed by Jean Chapot. The film score was composed by Jean Michel Jarre and released as album in 1973. The film stars Alain Delon, Simone Signoret and Miou-Miou.Commissioner Larcher (Delon) is sent to the Jura after the body of a young woman is found near a farm. During the investigation he encounters a farmer's wife, who defends her suspected family and it develops into a duel of ideologies between the two indomitable personalities fighting for truth and justice.
About cast:
- Alain Delon (1935–2024) was a French actor, film producer, screenwriter, singer, and businessman. Acknowledged as a cultural and cinematic leading man of the 20th century, Delon emerged as one of the foremost European actors of the late 1950s to the 1980s, and became an international sex symbol. He is regarded as one of the most well-known figures of the French cultural landscape. His style, looks, and roles, which made him an international icon, earned him enduring popularity.
- Simone Signoret: (1921–1985) was a French actress whose sensual features and earthy nature led to type-casting. Signoret received various accolades, including an Academy Award, three BAFTA Awards, a César Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actress, in addition to nominations for two Golden Globe Awards.
- Sylvette Herry: (born 1950) known professionally as Miou-Miou is a French actress and ten-time César Award nominee. She won the César Award for Best Actress for the 1979 film Memoirs of a French Whore.
