Qigong is a fantastic practice that combines movement, breath, sound, visualisation, imagination, meditation and present moment awareness. It helps to create vitality by unleashing the powerful life force energy within us at the same time as building physical strength and flexibility in our body. This potent energy when used with our intention can bring an abundance of health, vitality, joy and creativity.

Location
You can either join online via zoom or in person. The in person classes take place near Jesus Pobre on a covered wooden deck in the countryside surrounded by nature.

About Me
I am a Lifelong Student of Metaphysics & Esoteric Principles, qualified and skilled in Physiotherapy, Bowen Technique, Energy Healing and Mindfulness for Stress Reduction. I have studied Qigong with my teachers David James Lees of Wu Wei Wisdom, Master Chen Zhongua of Practical Method Tai Chi and Kris Deva North of The Healing Tao. I have also studied and trained in Yoga and Tantra.
