Ecstatic Dance is a movement-based evening in a calm, respectful atmosphere.
No alcohol, no phones, no need to “know how to dance”.

This format is for those who want to change the scene after work, move their body, reconnect with themselves, and spend time among grounded, conscious people.
Movement and music help you turn inward and release accumulated emotions.

How the evening flows:
• short guided relaxation
• free-form dance to a wide range of music (from classical and shamanic drums to drum & bass and trance)
• gentle, calm closing

Space guidelines:
• dancing barefoot
• no alcohol or substances
• no phones on the dance floor
• respect for yourself and others

A comfortable alternative to bars and clubs for those who value music, presence, and a safe environment.
