Walking yoga meditation.
If you think yoga is boring stretching exercises, I invite you to learn somatic yoga, namely active meditation while walking to calm the nervous system, recharge and ground yourself around nature.
An unusual kind of walking meditation in nature awaits you. All you need is comfortable clothes and an openness to something new.
The meditation will take place in the park in a small, comfortable group of people.
It's perfect to start the morning after a work week and refresh yourself.
