Barcelona is opening doors that have been locked for decades… and we’re going in together! 🔦✨

🎯 The Mission: Hunt down FREE tickets (yes, 0€) for the once-in-a-lifetime Metro Centenary visits and explore the city’s underground secrets with fellow internationals.

Here’s what’s waiting for us:
🔹 Estació de Correus (Night Visit) – The abandoned “ghost station” from 1972. Dark tunnels, eerie silence… and us, exploring it together. Scary? Absolutely. Fun? EXTREMELY! 🕯️😱
🔹 Estació Gaudí – The station that was built but never opened. A frozen-in-time platform straight out of an alternate Barcelona.
🔹 Control Simulators – Ever wanted to drive a metro train? This is your shot (without risking anyone’s life 😅).
🔹 The Hidden Spiral Staircase of Urquinaona – A surreal architectural gem you’ve probably walked past 100 times without knowing it existed.

📅 Dates: September – November (different days for each site)
🎟️ Tickets: Free, but LIMITED (we’ll coordinate so nobody goes alone)
🍻 Plan: After each visit, drinks + laughs + sharing our “ghost stories” together!

The Correos Station (Estació de Correus) no longer has a normal public entrance, since it’s been closed since 1972 🚫🚇.

📍 Approximate location:
It’s located between the stations Jaume I (L4) and Barceloneta (L4), right underneath Via Laietana, very close to the central post office building at Plaça d’Antonio López (currently renamed Plaça d’Idrissa Diallo).

👉 For the visit with TMB, you don’t enter through the street like a regular metro station. Instead, they will provide the exact meeting point once your reservation is confirmed (because the access is special and takes place at night, when the metro is stopped).
