We meet once per month to network and learn from each other. The best part is that there are no membership fees. We are a true FREE real estate networking and educational group. Each meeting will have a short presentation, normally about 20 minutes, then it is open discussions and networking. We lend money to investors and do not have education material to sell so don't worry about a sales pitch. Each Happy Hour is a relaxed and comfortable setting with knowledgeable people and topics. If you have property to sell or services to provide you will get a chance to share it with the group. We look forward to meeting you and have a cocktail while we talk about real estate investing.
