We all want to have more time to meditate but somehow life can end up getting in the way. This session is about sharing tricks and tips for making and embedding new habits, to help make meditation practice part of your routine, not something you have to make extra time for.🧘♀️
We'll also be meditating together as a group.
🕒 Time: Session starts at 7:30, please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and so we can start on time.
📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
💻 Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
