Join us for a refreshing morning yoga session by the sea at the beautiful Costa de la Calma.

This gentle practice is the perfect way to start the day, energize the body, and calm the mind while connecting with the soothing sound of the waves.
✨ All levels are welcome!

The session includes:

  • Guided pranayama & grounding
  • Asana (Hatha flow)
  • Deep relaxation in Savasana

Please bring your yoga mat (let me know if you need one) and some water.

Optional : Don't forget your swimming suit - the morning swim in the sea straight after yoga is just lovely!
